We used Pawsnclaws.org to transport two of our Scottish Terrier puppies. One from Alabama to Pennsylvania and the other went to Florida. Both transports were great! We recently had our 10 year old Boston Terrier transported by Paws N Claws from Nashville to Los Angeles b/c the airlines would not take him in cargo in February due to the cold weather. The entire experience with Paws N Claws was very positive. It was very easy to set up the transport and Robin and her team were a pleasure to work with. Finally......Exceptional customer service with no fine print. Paws N Claws is nothing short of perfection. From the onset of the transport, Tab and Robbin were wonderful and delivered our newest family member, Chesterfield (Dudley Yellow Lab) from Tuscon without issue. I have always used Delta to transport my babies due to the fact that we simply didn't have any other way to get our puppies to their new homes. One day I lucked up and found Paws-N-Claws and I must say that I am absolutely thrilled with them! They provided outstanding service, very professional and 'down to earth' but what I also liked is that they are also breeders themselves and they know the do's and don'ts of caring for animals. They are 'real people' not some generic cold company (you all know what I mean). I will ALWAYS use only them when my customer's want ground shipping. You can even contact them to check on your precious cargo at any time along the way,which really means a lot! The prices are equal if not better than air. I highly recommend Paws N Claws for all your pet transport needs. As a 16 year breeder of Siberian Huskies I have mainly shipped puppies by air until last year when I contacted Paws and Claws for their services. Their friendly, professional ,caring family approach has made them my first choice when relocating a pet to a new family. Unlike the airlines, the puppies are never left unattended and since we all want what is best for our pets, I will only use Paws N Claws for all my puppy/dog relocation needs.
