2} All dogs need to have a full body harness on them at the pickup location.
3} Please have your pet ready for transport “Bathed and treated for any parasites”.
4} Yes …..you may tip the Drivers. Gratuity is greatly appreciated.

About your transport :
When you contact us you will get an estimated week of delivery.
We will contact both the shipper as well as the receiver the day before our transport week starts with an estimated day and time of your pets delivery. This could change due to many factors that may happen along the route
At this time both parties will be given the drivers contact numbers. We contact both the shipper as well as the receiver about an hour hour before any pickup or delivery .
You will be notified first should your pet need any emergency medical attention.
We are a 24 hr transport service with other customers during the transport so therefor we cannot guarantee a specific pick up or drop off time for your pet due to weather, road construction,emergency stops, etc.
Also our normal business hours consist of 24 hours a day.So both parties must be flexible and understanding about the pets day and time of pickup and drop off during the scheduled week. Once you have been given an estimated day of pick up and delivery.
Both parties will need to allow 24 hr access allowance for the drivers to arrive.
Coast to coast transports can take up to two weeks for delivery.
